Full Time Associate Dentist needed in Erie, PA!

What You Can Expect

• Start Date: Flexible — we’ll work with your schedule
• Schedule: 37.5 hours per week
• Daily Patient Flow: See 8–10+ patients per day in a comfortable, well-paced setting
• Supportive Team: Experienced staff, in-house lab, and collaborative environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $100K+ annual base, with earnings based on production after reaching the base threshold
• Average Production: $50K–$60K per month
• Full Benefits Package: 100% paid health insurance, Malpractice & liability coverage, License fee reimbursement, Continuing education support, All lab fees covered by office

Practice Highlights

• Technology: CBCT, Wave One Endo, and in-house lab capabilities
• Insurance Model: Fee-for-Service and PPO (No Medicaid)

What We’re Looking For

• Education: DDS or DMD (New grads from the Class of 2025 are welcome!)
• Licensure: Must be licensed or eligible for licensure in Pennsylvania
• Skills: Proficient in restorative, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery
• Attributes: Team player, clinically driven, dedicated to exceptional patient care
