Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to play a key role in implementing operational excellence practices to maximize efficiency. In this role you will execute long-term initiatives, work with various teams and departments across locations to identify areas for improvement and provide solutions to increase production while minimizing costs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years in an operational improvement role.
• Experience in the electronics/RF industry.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and problem-solving techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to set priorities and present recommendations to senior leadership, including project details and potential challenges.
• Create and manage timelines and objectives for multiple projects to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Implement Overall Asset Effectiveness strategies.
• Analyze and report on production activities.
• Direct process improvement projects and Capital Expenditure (CapEx) initiatives.
• Track team progress using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
• Train team members in project management and continuous improvement practices.
• Encourage a problem-solving culture by empowering team members to identify and address process issues.
