About Moutonière:

Moutonière is a new luxury house that produces limited-edition collections designed by contemporary artists and produced by heritage artisans for modern patrons.

Our , launched at Paris Fashion Week in September, is a limited-edition set of silk scarves featuring original commissioned paintings by mid-career contemporary artists and produced by hand using silk screening in Como, Italy. Future collections will bring together artists and artisans to create beautiful products across fashion, jewelry, furniture, decorative objects, and more, including Spring/Summer 2025 jewelry and resortwear collections and a Fall/Winter 2025 outerwear collection.

As we expand, we’re looking for a full-time Digital Marketing Specialist to drive all performance and ecommerce marketing efforts — someone who lives and breathes Google Ads, paid social, analytics, and email, and who knows how to work with brand and social teams to make great creative perform.

About the Role:

You’ll lead all things digital marketing — from paid media to conversion optimization to reporting. You’ll be the key player responsible for turning content into performance, and translating brand storytelling into revenue. You’ll work closely with our founder and collaborate with teams across creative, social media, brand marketing, and ecommerce.

This is a hands-on, data-driven role with a lot of autonomy. You don’t need a decade of experience, but you do need to be confident in your ability to manage campaigns across platforms, analyze results, and continuously optimize for growth.

What You’ll Do:

Performance Marketing

  • Build, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest , and YouTube
  • Own Google Merchant Center and ensure product feeds are healthy and up-to-date
  • Work with our creative team to brief and test high-performing ads — you’ll know what to test and what “good” looks like

Analytics & Tagging

  • Set up and manage Google Analytics 4 , Google Tag Manager , conversion tracking, and custom event tags
  • Create UTM tracking across all campaigns to ensure clean, actionable data
  • Monitor key KPIs and turn data into insights that inform creative, copy, and spend

Ecommerce & Shopify

  • Partner with our ecommerce team to optimize product pages, landing pages, and on-site flows for conversion
  • Use performance insights to inform merchandising, bundles, collection curation, and product strategy
  • Ensure event tracking is functioning properly across the site

Email Marketing (Klaviyo)

  • Build and manage automated flows (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, etc.)
  • Design and execute weekly campaigns with strong segmentation
  • Continuously test subject lines, send times, and content for best results

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work cross-functionally with brand, creative, social, and influencer teams to align content strategy with performance goals
  • Contribute to the content calendar with ideas based on search trends, audience insights, and data from top-performing ads
  • Keep an eye on emerging platforms, tools, and best practices — we want someone curious and proactive

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are highly fluent in Google Ads , Meta Ads , Google Analytics , Google Tag Manager , Google Merchant Center , Klaviyo , and Shopify
  • Have 1–4 years of hands-on experience in a digital marketing role (agency or brand side)
  • Understand how to connect performance data to creative decisions
  • Are analytical but also have a creative eye for what makes ads or landing pages work
  • Love diving into dashboards and tracking performance across multiple touchpoints
  • Are organized, proactive, and great at working cross-functionally
  • Thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments with high standards and lots of autonomy
  • Bonus: experience in fashion, beauty, luxury, or lifestyle DTC brands
