Position Summary:
The Vertical Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive safety programs to ensure a safe and compliant work environment across all company operations at assigned vertical. This role serves as the key point of contact for all occupational health and safety matters and will work closely with leadership, site managers, and employees to foster a strong safety culture.
This position requires strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to influence safety practices across multiple teams and locations. This position will have a travel requirement of 25-50%.
